Monica welcomed her panel of experts to discuss a variety of topics regarding how we eat and monitor ourselves during the holiday season that is almost at an end. The panel included Kit Kitson of In Shape Training and Nutrition, Andrew Frisella of Complete Nutrition and John Schwepker of Excel Training.
