Alter Ego lifestyle as a company was originally created as an artistic outlet for designer William Royce. During his 10 year military career, he began creating the company in 2006 while on deployment in Iraq.
Upon returning, the economic hardships that he saw plaguing the country drove him to look for an alternative means to support his family and his community.
?The GI bill allowed me to use a special opportunity to increase my entrepreneurial skills through education,? said William Royce. ?I was then able to transfer those skills into my business which allows me to influence and support others along the way.?
The designs that are the center focus of the website are tailored to relate to any race or culture and to inspire an aura of open-mindedness and acceptance of our differences. The versatility of the urban brand is evident upon studying the subtle cues in the designs, ranging from urban colloquialisms, to historic relics.
William Royce?s Alter Ego is being noticed by individuals in New York, Philadelphia, and even across seas where fellow soldiers frequently place orders for his newest designs.
